Job description

Reporting to the Marketing and Communication Manager of the Voltaire Group, the Events Manager participates in the administrative and logistical management of European events.


Study the specifications and the signed contract

Select and manage the service providers for the realization of the event: creation of stand plan, ...

Track supplies and logistics by event

Control the preparations and the smooth running of the event

Ensure the administrative closure of the file and the management of invoicing

Action plan on stand animations

Budget monitoring

Measure the impact of the event and report on key events.
